Description:
Helsinki's social and health service is renewing its services in order to improve the customer experience and to increase availability, productivity and quality. The skills of the personnel are supported and processes are enhanced, e.g. with new digital tools.
Measuring the patient's vital signs requires healthcare afrom Mmat's point of view, the time-consuming use of individual meters, from which we only get point-like information about the customer's current state.
In the future, to support hospital services, serviced housing and home care, we hope for technologies that can, for example, measure real-timevital functions. We want to map the utilization of technologies such as smart clothes, fabrics and skin in hospital and service home environments.
At best, new technologies can automate some of the mechanical measurement events. The customer's service experience can also be improved,if, for example, smart clothes would open doors in a hospital environment and make it possible to pay in a cafe.
