Description:
The object of the contract is the movable facilities for the school and early childhood education to be built on the grounds of the Uuden-Summa school. The construction site includes the construction of a modular school and a daycare center from movable space elements in accordance with the attached contract documents as a KVR contract.
The building must be filledthe construction regulations of the permanent building.
The KVR contract includes the construction and installation work of the modular school and the kindergarten, fully completed in accordance with the contract documents. The buildings will be transferred to the ownership of the financial company as lessor. Designing and building technical systemsit should be taken into account that the extension of the rental period of the early childhood education facility after 10 years may differ from the rental period of the school building.
