- UUSI - HUS Procurement of occupational health medicine/pharmacy services WITH THIS ANNOUNCEMENT, THE PROCUREMENT UNIT RESTARTS THE PROCUREMENT ACCORDING TO THE TITLE AFTER IT SUSPENDED THE PROCUREMENT ON 19.5.2026. The object of the procurement is to be acquired for the needs of occupational health care the sale and delivery of medicines to HUS from the pharmacy in such a way that the orders are made through the service provider's online store and the service provider is responsible for delivering the medicines to HUS' offices in accordance with the contract and delivery conditions. Locations are located in Helsinki, Porvoo, Peijas, Raasepor, Jorvi, Lohja and Hyvinkää. Orders and deliveries are location-specific. The detailed addresses of the offices are stated in the contract. In addition to the sale of medicines, the acquisition includes delivery service to which the terms of the contract apply. Medicines are billed in accordance with the current medicine legislation, at uniform prices for pharmacies, and the consideration paid to the service provider consists of the price of the medicines and the contractual delivery charges. HUS pays for both the medicines and the delivery service directly to the service provider. The agreement does not include an arrangement in which the service provider's right to receive compensation is based on payments received from third parties. HUS can order medicines in addition, other products from the supplier's selection in the way and to the extent stated in the contract.
