- REQUEST FOR OFFER We request your contract offer for the contract according to the attached repair work description, drawings and other tender documents. The contract is implemented as a total contract, where the contractor is responsible for all the works included in the contract. Offer must be given as a fixed-price total price that covers all the work, materials, supplies, site arrangements and the obligations of the contractor as presented in the repair work report and other contract documents. Bidder's participation to the guided screen is a condition for submitting an offer. Participation in the offerer's screening is verified with the company's valid identity card (e.g. Valtti card). Scope and content of the contract: The scope of the contract is the facade and waterproof roof repair of Väinölä School, located at Luodontie 1, 28330 Pori. The project includes repair work on the exterior of the school building's two buildings (main building and junior school) to the extent shown in the repair work report.
