Description:
The acquisition is to the design and expert services of the City of Valkeakoski. The acquisition is divided into 7 areas.Valkeakoski City office services are requesting offers for house building design and expert services (architectural design, structural design, HVAC design, automation design, electrical design, construction and control tasks, and cost calculation) for the framework contract period 1.1.2026 (target)- 31.12.2027 including options for 1+1 year. The City Technical Center Order Each Year Terms and annual experts about € 70,000-90,000, architectural design about € 30,000- € 35,000, structural design about € 20,000-25,000, HVAC, automation and electrical planning and expert work approximately € 10,000- € 15,000, construction and control expert work approximately 7,000- € 10,000 Cost accounting assignments for around € 3,000 to € 5,000. The assignments are, as a rule, smaller value and orders below the thresholds. The design and expert tasks of the projects are to be commissioned by the selectable framework contract partners. The city of Valkeakoski also makes it itself Design work in small projects. The assignments are made within the budget budget, and the amounts stated above are not binding on the subscriber. The target is three (3) framework agreement partners for each area if there are no fewer offers that meet the eligibility criteria. ...
