- The target of the acquisition
The target of the acquisition is the value transport required by the Finnish State Accounting Units and the State Funds outside the budget, as defined in the invitation to tender and in its annexes.In Appendix 2 "Description of the subject of the acquisition". Two (2) suppliers will be selected for the framework arrangement unless tenderers who meet the aptitude requirements or acceptableThere are fewer offers. Framework agreements are made with suppliers. The terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement operating model are set out in more detail in Chapter 5 of the Framework Agreement "Framework Arrangement".
The contract period
The contract period is four (4) years. A contract -specific agreement may only be concluded for a framework agreementduring the period of validity. A contract of assignment may be valid for three (3) months after the termination of the framework agreement. The terms and conditions of the contract period are further specified in Chapter 6 of the Framework Agreement "The contract period of the framework agreement and the contract -specific contract".
