Description:
Vanhan Vaasa Hospital requests your offer for office furniture in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. This request for tender is based on Hansel Oy's Office Furniture 2021-2025 (DPS) dynamic procurement system (hereinafter "DPS"). Request for quotation applies to DPS category 1: Furniture as a procurement of goods. The minimum requirements for the products and services to be procured are described in the attachments of the request for tenders. The anticipated non-binding value of the procurement for the project is approximately 180,000 - 240,000 euros. The competition concerns the project. This is the first furnishing of the new building to be completed in December 2025 in the Vanha Vaasa hospital area in terms of loose furniture. The building has three floors, with patient wards, staff offices and conference rooms. In addition the building has the hospital's preparation kitchen, a staff canteen and a multipurpose room. The delivery time of the furniture included in the procurement is in December 2025, however before 31 December 2025.
