- The object of the procurement is expert services related to the procurement process of a cooperative construction project. The procurement is related to the definition of the procurement entity formed by Vantaa ratikka's alliance partners together with the customer and stakeholders, e.g. HSY, and the preparation of the alliance partners' procurementsitting, e.g. by preparing tender documents.
The documents and reports of the Vantaa trolleybus are prepared in Finnish. The events and meetings of the Vantaa trolley are organized in Finnish.
With this competition, two (2) Suppliers will be selected in order of priority. The customer orders the work in priorityi from the primary Supplier. If the primary Supplier is unable to provide the necessary resources in the required schedule to produce the service, the service will be ordered from the secondary Supplier. If the trust and commonality required by the alliance work is not formed between the Customer and the Supplier, etcin case of irritation, the Subscriber may deviate from the order of priority. The customer will acquire the sub-tasks presented in Appendix 2 Task definition as separate assignments. If the Customer considers the offer price to be unreasonably high in relation to the partial task, the Customer may deviate from the order of priority.
