- The procurement is divided into two parts. The sub-areas are: maintenance and development of the vantaa.fi website (sub-area A): The subject of sub-area A of the procurement is the technical maintenance, further development and possible extensions of the current Vantaa.fi website operating on the Drupal platform. Strong competence is required from the supplier About the Drupal publishing system and the development of a website implemented with Drupal, especially for extensive and versatile public administration online services. New Campaign Website (sub-area B): The target of sub-area B of the procurement is to be built in connection with vantaa.fi, but operating with its own web address a new WordPress solution to implement campaign sites and feature articles. A campaign website solution should be visually appealing, accessible and easily customizable. It should enable agile campaign websites and feature article implementations that improve the user experience of municipal residents and stakeholders on websites. Special articles are shown to the visitor as part of the Vantaa.fi web pages implemented with Drupal (section A). The supplier is required to demonstrate the design of WordPress-based campaign websites and implementation.
