• VTK Kiinteistöt Oy asks you for your time billing basis and ceiling price offer for the planning services of Varia Hiekkaharju in accordance with this request for tender and the attached documents. The procurement is divided into four (4) sub-areas according to planning areas as follows:- Sub-area 1: Master and architectural design- Sub-area 2: Structural design- Sub-area 3: HVAC design- Sub-area 4: Electrical, telecommunications and security planning The tenderer can submit an offer for one or more sub-areas. Estimated value of the procurement exceeds the EU threshold value according to the Act on Public Procurement and License Agreements (hereinafter referred to as the "Procurement Act"). The procurement will be carried out through an open procedure. The city of Vantaa has completed a needs assessment and a project plan for the object. VTK Kiinteistöt Oy acquires and implements the design and construction of the project until completion. The form of contract for the site is a project management contract, taking into account that the designers are in a contractual relationship with VTK Kiinteistöt Oy throughout the project.Vantaa vocational school Varia, Hiekkaharju office is located at Tennistie 1, 01370 Vantaa. The site is exceptionally demanding in terms of design. The renovation of the Hiekkaharju property of Vantaa vocational college Varia is part of the wider Varia office network development strategy. Varia currently organizes vocational training at four locations: Hiekkaharju, Koivukylä, Myyrmäki and Aviapolis.
