Vaskenvalajankatu 8, 06100 Porvoo
The contracts for the four-storey building (5-6 floors) are divided as follows;
construction contractor / main contractor, LVIAspr and electrical contractor.
LVIAspr and electrical contractor will be subordinated to the construction contractor / main contractor.
All procurements will have their own procurement notices.
The contract will build fournew construction: A, B, C and D buildings. 122 apartments and 1 commercial space, total approx. 6,250 sq.m., and Business space approx. 340 sq.m.
The site has geothermal heating - district heating - solar cells - cooling - LTO with central machines - water circulation floor heating.
All sites will be equipped with automaticwith a fire alarm system and they will have low-pressure sprinkler.
Concrete frame - mainly from elements, facades with a plaster surface, waterproofing with machine-seam sheet metal roofing.
The apartments in the A and D buildings are intended for ordinary rental housing. B-building apartments for senior living. The C building has standard apartments on pnor apartments intended as apartments for people with intellectual disabilities, which are connected by common spaces. Regardless of the purpose of use, all apartments are equipped in the same way and with the same technology.will be completed in the same entity as the others, as a single contract.
The old address was Wittenberginkatu 1. The one-story buildings on the plot have been demolished and the demolition of the luhti house still on the plot / which proved to be unprofitable through renovation is in the construction contract.
