- The goal of the acquisition is to maintain and improve the safe use of residential, nursing home and service properties owned by VAV, reduce damages, proactively identify risks and ensure that the residents' daily life goes on in a safe living environment 24/7/365. The procurement is described in more detail in the documents attached to the procurement notice "Service Description". the services include e.g. Section 1 - maintenance and inspection work of fire alarm systems as well as periodical inspections - automatic fire extinguishing equipment maintenance and inspection work as well as monthly tests - management, updating and preparation of rescue plans Section 2 - periodic maintenance of civilian shelters - maintenance and inspection work of indicator light systems - smoke extraction systems maintenance, inspection and testing work The conditions for participating in the goals are detailed in the ESPD form of the request for tenders, in the criteria section of the procurement object and in the annexes of the procurement notice. The provider can offer both areas or not only from the second part of the offer. The customer chooses either one or two Bidders, taking into account the affordability of the Bidder's overall offer. The procurement decision is based on the lowest price. If the Bidder offers both areas, the Bidder may specifies the discount percentage used in the first step of the comparison.
