- Description:
- The property consists of a block of flats on the roof of three (3) different levels of the property. The roofs of the balconies are part of this contract. There are separate sheet metal canopies in the yard, these are not part of this contract. Similarly, the entrance canopies connected to the stairwells are not included in the contract. The buildings have a bitumen cream -insulated flat roof with internal drainage, these are replaced with similar structures. Roof wells with sewers will be renewed to the top floor chimney cases into plastic sewers. As a separate procurement of the subscriber IV fans will be renewed in accordance with the attached list. (associated coordination, work on the frame and sheet metal, and assistive work steps are part of the contract)
