Description:
This is a residential apartment block project to be carried out in the Vantaa City Verimies District, which is divided into three different plots. The project is divided into three parts, which are subject to separate contracts. These parts are:
1) VAV Asunnot Oy's residential building site on site 92-52-307-6 (Pytinkalliontie 3)
- This part includes one 5/6-storey house KVR, including the design and construction of the object. The house has a preliminary 67 apartments. The initial number of housing squares in the house is 4008 ASM2. In addition, this part of the project includes 61 % of the LPA plot 92-52-307-4 (Pytinkalliontie 1) parking building from outside construction work. This area is described in the annexes of the contract notice. The item is funded by a government interest rate loan.
2) VAV Yhtyma Oy's residential building site 92-52-307-7 (Pytinkalliontie 5)
-This part consists of one 8-storey house KVR, including an object design And a contract of construction. The house has a preliminary 43 apartments. The preliminary amount of housing in the house is 2456.5 asm2 for apartments and 90.5 asm2 for commercial premises. In addition, this part of the project includes 39 % of the LPA plot 92-52-307-4 (Pytinkalliontie 1) of the work outside the construction industry. This area is described in the annexes of the contract notice.
3) Parking building on the parking company to be established on site 92-52-307-4 (Pytinkalliontie 1)
- This part includes the KVR contract of the parking building, including the design and construction of the site.
