Description:
Leijona Catering Oy uses ham/tuna/vegetable paste as part of ambient product solutions. Ham/tuna/vegetable paste is part of multiple different meals, which are usually served in operational field conditions. We are seeking a delivery contact supplier for a 2-year contract period (the contract remainsvalid after two (2) years initial period unless terminated with written notice). The delivery contract does not grant exclusive rights to supply the product in question. The supplier supplies the goods in large batches for Leijona Catering. Products must be portion packed and must fulfil the presentedtechnical requirements. Eligible tender needs to offer three (3) different flavours of paste: ham, tuna and vegetable (or similar flavours). All of the flavours must fulfil the requirements. Estimated yearly volume: for ham paste is around 300 000 portions. for tuna paste is around 220000 portions. for vegetable paste is around 40 000 portions. However, Leijona Catering is not obligated to buy any products from selected supplier. Leijona is allowed to purchase similar products from the selected supplier under this delivery contract. The product needs to receive minimum of 6points from flavour assessment (in scale of 1-9 points), to be eligible. Flavour, appearance and texture will be evaluated in the flavour assessment by a group of end users.
