• Description:
• The subject of the procurement is the summer and winter quality vehicle fuels needed by Kehyskunti (Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Orivesi, Pirkkala, Vesilahti and Ylöjärvi) during the contract period. Fuels are filled at distribution stations of approved suppliers using fuel cards. On the basis of the competition, the four most successful bidders in the bidding competition will be selected as Supplier, unless there are fewer bidders who meet the eligibility criteria or accepted bids. Primarily used by subscribers the first Supplier in the ranking order. If the distribution station of the Supplier in question is too far away in relation to the need for refueling, or if the effectiveness of the Customer's tasks requires it, the Customer may use the second Supplier in the ranking order and the third and fourth, respectively. The purchase includes the following fuel types:- Petrol (E5 / E10)- Diesel (EN 590)- Renewable diesel (HVO100)- Motor fuel oil (summer and winter quality)- Electric charging (AC / DC) The Procurement Unit and the Customers do not commit to minimum procurement quantities. The planned contract period is 1.8.2026 - 31.7.2028, after which the contract can be extended to an option period from 1.8.2028 - 31.7.2030. The use of a possible option is negotiated with the purchasing unit and between the editor. Estimates of the annual consumption of vehicle fuels in Kehyskunni in total are approximately as follows:- Diesel oil approximately 376,000 liters- Gasoline 95E10 approximately 100,000 liters- Gasoline 98E5 approximately 43,000 liters- Motor fuel oil approximately 34,000...
