• Description:
• The procurement concerns car inspection services in the regions of Lappeenranta and Imatra, i.e. the location of the inspection point must be located in the area of ​​the city of Lappeenranta and/or the city of Imatra. Subscribers' vehicles are located all over the province of South Karelia and those locations are considered to serve the Subscribers best. It is a framework contract that the Subscribers use during the contract period as needed, the procurement unit has no obligation to purchase in quantity. The actual contract period is July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027. In addition, the procurement unit reserve the option to extend the contract one (1) year at a time, however, for a maximum of three (3) option years in total. The procurement unit decides on the use of the option option at the end of the contract period with the service provider after separate negotiations. The inspection includes EKHVA's emergency vehicles (fire trucks and ambulances) and it is possible that the inspection may be interrupted in exceptional cases if the alarms require it. Emergency vehicles are also located in Luumäki, In Simpele, Parikkala and Saari. These areas have been separated from the tender contract due to their remote location, and they can also be inspected by another operator if necessary, so that the alarm operation is not compromised.
