• Description:
• The city of Rauma is requesting bids for the framework arrangement to be established for the inspection services of the vehicle fleet owned by the city and its businesses for the period 1 May 2026 (target) - 30 April 2028 as detailed in this call for bids. The city of Rauma has the right continue the framework arrangement with a two (2) year option period from 1 May 2028 to 30 April 2030. A separate decision on exercising the option will be made no later than three (3) months before the end of the contract period. Using the option is the right of the city of Rauma, no obligation. In the framework arrangement, the contract is concluded with one (1) service provider. The request for tender includes information on the vehicle fleet owned by the city of Rauma at the time of publication of the request for tender, which also determines this framework arrangement scope and the total quantity of inspection services based on legislation to be procured through this framework arrangement. The presented equipment may change during the contract period of the framework arrangement, and the city of Rauma does not commit to a specific procurement value or quantity during the contractual period of the framework arrangement. Vehicle inspections are carried out in Rauma in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time. The procurement falls below the national threshold value of the Procurement Act, and therefore the Procurement Act does not apply to it.
