• The city of Lahti is preparing tenders for vehicle leasing, rental and maintenance services. The tender is planned to be held during the spring of 2026. This is the acquisition of cars and vans for the units' own use and for shared use, short-term rental service, necessary maintenance services and possibly insurance. Currently (March 20, 2026), the city of Lahti has 19 leasing vehicles at its disposal. The city of Lahti aims for a four-year framework agreement starting on September 1, 2026. A contract can be made continues with two (2) option years. This request for information is to clarify the implementation of the future acquisition and gather information for the acquisition. The goal of the request for information is to get information about the players in the field and different operating models, so that possible the tender can be carried out as expediently as possible. Listed below are preliminary thoughts regarding the vehicle procurement being prepared. Nothing presented in this request for information binds the procurement unit to carry out the procurement as described or with the mentioned criteria. - one contractual partner is selected for the framework agreement - vehicle leasing purchases are made based on the framework agreement according to the actual need.
