Description:
Veikkaus is acquiring research and analyst services to support digitalization, IT cost optimization, internal ICT operations, software development, artificial intelligence utilization, change management, cyber security, overall architecture and information management development and decision-making with an ongoing service contract. In the procurement, we aim for a fixed-price product-based continuous service for the contract period 30.9.2025 31.12.2026. With the help of the procurement, we want to ensure the right prioritization of development blanks, the right technology and architecture decisions, the cost-effectiveness of the solutions and correct risk assessments of the solutions. The service should enable the utilization of global comparative information and expert insight in Veikkaus' operations and in the promotion of digitalization. The goal of the service is also to develop the customer's personnel skills.
