Description:
The contract site is located in the Hietasaari district of the city of Oulu. The contract includes the construction of the Vellamontie event area up to operational condition in the scope presented in the contract documents. The content of the contract is described in more detail in the contract documents. A rectification request has been made for the Association Board's decision (Dnro OUKA/13597/10.00.02/2025), there is no more detailed information on the processing schedule of the rectification request at this stage.
