• We are requesting a quote for the ventilation contract for the new building of the Oulu Normal School in accordance with the tender documents. The project is implemented as a shared contract, where the construction contractor acts as the main contractor and the other contractors are subordinated for the construction contractor. The scope of the project is approx. 9600 brm2. According to the target schedule, the construction engineering work can be started at the beginning of August 2026, and the contract must be ready and handed over to the customer in May 2028.
