• Description:
• The city is responsible for the use and maintenance of ventilation systems in approximately 135 properties in the city. To ensure good indoor air quality, energy-efficient use and compliance with statutory requirements, ventilation filters must be replaced regularly. In order to ensure the continuity of deliveries and full control of product quality, a procurement with clear and binding requirements specifications is presented. The comparison is based solely on price. All other aspects are regulated by mandatory requirements, which must be completed in order for the offer to be compared. The aim of the procurement is to ensure -availability of ventilation filters with the specified technical quality - reliable and energy-efficient, high-quality products - high reliability of delivery and logistics quality-cost efficiency through price-based selection. The goal is to ensure reliable ventilation, good indoor air quality and optimized energy consumption in the city's properties. Procurement concerns the relevant dimensions and types delivery of ventilation filters, such as ePM1, ePM2.5 and ePM10 filters according to the ISO 16890 standard. Orders, i.e. purchases from the current framework arrangement, are made continuously as needed. The contract period is two years + one year's option period. This acquisition is divided into five sub-areas. Two suppliers are selected for each sub-area according to the ranking model
