That's why we want to do a market survey before publishing the actual procurement announcement. The goal is to survey the target market and to get comprehensive information on availability, implementation possibilities and potential service providers. This is an invitation to a market dialogue regarding the tender for ventilation work and air volume measurement and adjustment work planned by the City of Turku and Kaarea Oy, whose estimated contract period starts 1 March 2026 (target) This announcement is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but an invitation to a market dialogue aimed at surveying the market and developing tendering documents for the procurement.
