Description:
The object of the acquisition is Vesimaailma Louhe's operator services, which include cafe and restaurant operations, ticket sales,
swimming supervision, water sports services and space and track rental, as well as Lempaala municipality's swimming lessons.
The winning tenderer (i.e. the Supplier) will be given the tendered contract the right to provide the services described above
The tenderer pays rent in exchange for the right to run a business in Vesimaailma Louhe's premises.
Kiinteistoe Oy Lempaala uimahalli pays a monthly service fee for the services provided by the provider.
Lempaala municipality pays municipal swimming lessons implemented by the provider.
