Description:
The acquisition focuses on Fingrid Oyj's video conference, AV and Digital Signage equipment and related services. The procurement will be carried out by a negotiation procedure in accordance with the Specialized Procurement Act and the agreement will be concluded with one supplier.
The equipment and the equipment being purchased According to the preliminary plan, the service basket will include, among other things, presentation techniques for meeting and conference rooms, webex and Teams integrations, media walls and cloud-based publishing platforms. The service package to be purchased will include preliminary life cycle planning, disruption and service management, Installation and maintenance services and access to software services.
The selected supplier will be required to provide the ability to provide service for various Fingrid offices (Helsinki, Hameenlinna, Jyvaskyla, Varkaus, Vaasa, Oulu and Rovaniemi) and must control Cisco and Microsoft Teams technologies and act as a sales channel for AV equipment and related services for the subscriber. The more detailed content and requirements of the acquisition will be specified during the negotiation phase and during the preliminary invitation to tender and in the final invitation to tender.
The purchase of We will also be used in Fingrid's subsidiaries at Fingrid Datahub Oy and Finextra Oy.
