Description:
The city of Oulaiten is requesting an offer for videotaping city council meetings with live streaming. The offer is requested for the period 1 January 2026-31 December 2029. The offer must be valid until February 28, 2026. There are approximately 10-11 city council meetings per year. The length of the meeting can be 1-4 hours. Usually city council meetings are held at Oulainen high school, at Oulainenkatu 54, Oulainen. The time for the meeting is a weekday evening. The customer is obliged to familiarize himself with the site and the conditions on site before submitting an offer. The information management manager must inform and agree on the familiarization with. The council meeting can be held elsewhere in Oulaiin. The equipment in the meeting hall is available to the service provider. The city does not build or acquire audio equipment, sockets or lighting for video recording, but the videographer must organize the video recording with his own equipment. Service provider is obliged to keep the video recording for the public to see online for 14 days, after which the recording is delivered to the subscriber for safekeeping. The offer must be made at tagoepalvelu.fi including all the costs of the video recording as a total price (VAT 0%) / meeting. The subscriber does not pay the billing costs, travel or accommodation expenses, per diems or compensation for travel time.
