- The municipality of Vihti tenders passenger transportation services, which are primarily used to provide statutory school transportation for basic education. The municipality of Vihti requests offers for school and personal transport by car. Other than school transport students. School buses operate on Vihti municipality's school days, which are 187-190 during the school year. The municipality of Vihti does not commit to certain purchase quantities in advance, but the transport service is procured as needed practically always on school days. Excluding those school days when teaching takes place as distance learning, such as for example distance learning periods due to the pandemic, when students do not go to school. On the end of the semester or possible Saturday school days, not all cars must not be driving. Compensation is paid only for cars that are running. The procurement is divided into 10 sub-areas. The number of suppliers to be selected for each sub-area is detailed in the procurement documents. The bidder can offer the same vehicle to more than to one sub-area. However, the bidder cannot offer the same vehicle more than once per subdivision. If the bidder wants to submit a bid for more than one car in the same section, the bidder must make a separate bid for each car. See also appendix 1 Service description.
