- The project comprises the Energy project sub-area (1), which includes three different parts; *Heating plant (implementation as a shared contract) *Geothermal well field (implementation as a KVR contract) *Energy storage (system set as product parts store) The heating plant will be submitted to the contract The KVR contract for the geothermal well field and the product sales part of the Energy Warehouse. The heating plant contract includes earthworks and construction engineering works related to the Energy Storage. The main contractor and main executor of the heating plant contract is the construction contractor. The project is a part The Vihdi Campus area energy project complex, where a new district heating and cooling system serving the Vihdi Kirkonkylä campus area is being built as a geothermal system, as well as the backup power system for the heating system, the associated new heating plant with the yard areas, as well as the new geothermal wells and pipelines implemented as a KVR contract and the restoration of the sports field. The new heating plant (RAK 10) will be located in the new building on the slope at the southwest end of the current Pappilanpello school (RAK 8) to the area between the athletic field and the school's recess yard. The Vihti Campus area energy project as a whole comprises three different areas. 1. This sub-area, the Energy project, which includes three different parts 2.
