Description:
The technical office of the city of Akaa requests offers for the demolition survey and demolition work report of the Viiala water tower located at Matomäenkatu 12, 37830 Akaa. The mapping and plan includes the entire old water tower and the one located on the plot residential building. There are no detailed plans for the residential building located on the plot, but the building must also be mapped. More plans for the water tower can be downloaded from the link at the end of the request for quotation. Behind the link you can also find the water tower in the past condition surveys carried out The content of the work must be in accordance with the Government publication "demolition mapping guide for the compiler" and the designer's tasks in accordance with RATU 1221-S. The survey must include a comprehensive survey of the building's asbestos and harmful substances as well as their quantities and demolition material statement. A few structural photos of the building are attached. If necessary, structural openings must be made in the demolition survey to clarify the structures, which must be included in the total price. Structural openings are not needed patch. The bidder must familiarize himself with the destination. Visits to the site must be arranged by e-mailing kari.turva@akaa.fi and 040 335 3062. The field work of the demolition survey must be carried out between 7 January and 16 January 2026, and the report of the demolition survey and the demolition work report has been handed over in its entirety to the customer by 13 February 2026 to the e-mail jyrki.korhonen@akaa.fi. The tenderer must also take into account the schedule for laboratory samples.
