Description:
The acquisition focuses on VR-Group Corporation ("VR") by law enforcement and security services on HSL's commuter train routes operated by VR commuter traffic. The operating area of the procurement and security services area covers VR-operated commuter trains for the entire rail network in HSL Including stations quay areas and their proximity. The purpose of law enforcement and security services is to improve passenger safety and comfort, a sense of security, customer service spirit and protection of property. The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail of the request for participation In Appendix 1 "Preliminary Target of Acquisition".
The procurement documents and their content will be supplemented during the procurement procedure and the final subject and requirements are set out in the final invitation to tender.
The acquisition agreement can also be used in VR's current daughter and daughter associated companies.
The maximum number of procurement purchases referred to in section 45 (2) of the Specialty Procurement Act shall be € 57,200,000 (VAT 0 %).
