Description:
The object of the acquisition is VR Group's (hereinafter "VR") customer service staff clothing. VR's customer service staff are in long-distance traffic; long-distance traffic conductors, service advisors, locomotive drivers and train waiters and in urban traffic; local traffic conductors, locomotive drivert, tram drivers and bus drivers (optional). In total, there are approx. 3,500 customer service personnel (of which approx. 1,300 people are part of the option).clothes for VR Group companies. The contract includes clothing manufacturing, storage and logistics for ordering units, as well as collection and recycling of discarded clothes. VR owns the patterns of the clothes and defines the materials to be used in cooperation with the selected Tenderer.
Hankinta unit also reserves the right to change the collection during the contract period. The object of the procurement will be described in more detail in the actual bidding materials, becoming more specific during the negotiations in the final request for tenders.
The procurement documents and their content will be completed during the procurement procedurena and the final procurement object and requirements are presented in the final request for tenders.
The procurement contract can also be used in VR's currently valid subsidiaries.
