Description:
The acquisition of the acquisition is to acquire VR-Yhtyma Corporation ("VR") during the contract period. The acquisition mainly focuses on one part of the VR Travel product, which is:
• React-Native developers
Mobile developers can also be ordered during the contract period for other VR to the needs of the specified at any given time. Two (2) contract suppliers are selected as a contract supplier. During the contract period, ordering new developers is determined by the ranking model. Ranking's first service provider delivers a designated two (2) person expert team and is used primarily for all orders to be ordered in the area in question. Another service provider of the ranking may be used for orders to be ordered separately in the area. The full -time team to be acquired must, in principle, be available to VR at full time at the latest 10.1.2026, unless otherwise agreed on VR's initiative. The non-commissioned value of the acquisition for the entire contract period is approximately 1,200 to 1800 HTPs.
Tenderers are asked to note that the expert team of two (2) persons to be designated must, in principle, be the same throughout the contract period. Changing the persons During the contract period, it is only very limited and may result in a contractual penalty in accordance with the terms of the contract.
