Description:
This purchase covers the provision of IT support services to the personnel of VR-Yhtymae Oyj (hereafter VR), internal network maintenance tasks, as well as the maintenance service of ticket machines and the monitoring of the status of the machines. With this acquisition, VR is looking for a partner who is able to deliver the above support services covering the roadtechnically all VR offices and ticket machine locations in Finland.
A preliminary description of the procurement object and VR offices are described in the appendices of this participation application request.
The procurement object is also described in appendix 1 of the participation request "Preliminary procurement object". Regarding procurementdocuments and their content are supplemented during the procurement procedure and the final procurement object and requirements are presented in the final tender request.
