Description:
The fairway agency acquires the Basic Research Consultant VT 15 Keltakangas - Tykkimaki, Kouvola, complement the ground surveys for conducting. The assignment is part of VT 15 Ranthaka (Kotka) - Kouvola, Step 1.
The task includes performing, analyzing, and Laboratory work.
The task does not include the preparation of ground survey programs.
The procurement is described in detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes.
In the acquisition of The law on public procurement and access agreements is followed (1397/2016, procurement law). Acquisition
implemented using procurement law in accordance with an open procedure. The acquisition is a service acquisition exceeding the EU threshold.
One consultant agreement will be tendered in the acquisition.
