- Prison health care (also a "contracting entity" or "subscriber") requests bids for the purchase of laboratory tests in accordance with this invitation to tender. Laboratory studies subject to procurement include: Blood and urine samples, mucous membrane and various samples, and faeces samples. VTH staffResponsible for sampling and makes them research requests. The subject of the acquisition and the requirements of it are described in this invitation to tender, as well as in the documents of the contract and in the draft agreement. Based on the tender, VTH selects one (1) supplier for each area. There are five areas (5).The agreement begins with the signing of the agreement. The contract is valid for a fixed term of two (2) years. The subscriber reserves the right to two (2) one (1) year option period. The agreement does not include a quantity purchase obligation and does not provide the supplier's exclusive right to provide the service to the subscriber.Includes the following prisons: Helsinki Prison Outpatient Clinic of Kerava Prison Outpatient Clinic Vantaa Prison Clinic Psychiatric Prison Hospital, Vantaa Department Jokela Prison Outpatient Clinic
