Description:
The acquisition focuses on the maintenance, support and small development services of the VTT data warehouse. The subject of the acquisition and the requirements and background information on it are described in more detail in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender. The tenderer shall take into account the matters set out in the Annex when making the tender. This is an overall service model,which VTT will select one (1) contract supplier as described in the invitation to tender. The length of the contract period is first for a fixed period of two (2) years, and after that the contract can be extended in two one -year option period, ie the total contract period is up to 4 yearsin length. VTT has estimated the current maintenance and development work for approximately 1-2 htv in the contract period. The aim of the acquisition is to find a professional contractor with sufficient experience with similar service production to provide VTT's maintenance, support and development services. ApplicationThe aim is to ensure the usability of the system complex by minimizing problem and error situations during production and by developing the system complex in a proactive and systematic way in accordance with established practices at VTT.
