Description:
The city of Valkeakoski is requesting bids for the construction contract for the Walk storage hall. The hall is a business space project implemented by the city. The Walki storage hall to be built is an approx. 2000 m2 semi-heated hall at Radanvarsitie 9 b, Valkeakoski. The contract will be implemented as a total price contract. The warehouse must be ready for commissioning inspection no later than 1 December 2026. The procurement is conditional and requires the city council's appropriation decision and a decision on the business space agreement.
