Description:
The Warehouse Library is a national library under the Ministry of Education and Culture that serves our country's scientific, public and other libraries. The role of the Warehouse Library is to receive and store material from Finnish libraries and sets it up for those in need. The warehouse library is located in Kuopio. The Warehouse Library, the National Archives and the Accessibility Library Celia will merge at the beginning of 2026.
The Warehouse Library has launched the preparation of the library's material transportation. The acquisition is subject to libraries' material transportation to the Warehouse Library as well as the transport of packaging material sent for material transport from the Warehouse Library to different libraries in Finland.
