• Description:
• The subject of the procurement is the procurement of waste and self-use electricity of Vaasan Sähköverkko Oy (hereafter the customer). The procurement includes the open supply of electricity to the customer's electricity usage locations, including a portfolio management service. The amount of waste electricity purchased by the subscriber is about 26.7 GWh/year and the amount of self-use electricity is about 0.3 GWh/year, i.e. the total amount is about 27 GWh/year. The declared amounts are estimates with annual variation. Self-use electricity is used in 17 places of use. The subscriber reserves the right to add or remove the self-use electricity usage places of the contract within the framework of their normal turnover. The customer's loss and self-use electricity hourly series for the period 1.1.-31.12.2025 will be submitted as an attachment to the tender request. In the procurement, the supplier's following are tendered margins: - physical electricity delivery margin (€/MWh) - system price fixing margin (€/MWh) - regional price difference mortgage margin (€/MWh). Portfolio management and price fixing are agreed upon between the customer and the supplier principles after signing the contract. In the portfolio management service, the supplier undertakes to actively monitor the market and the price development of electricity derivatives. The supplier must strive to find price fixing times that are acceptable to the customer, proposes price fixings to the customer and implements price fixings on the order/approval of the customer.
