The company the founding municipalities and owners are the cities of Kemi and Tornio and the municipalities of Keminmaa, Tervola and Ylitornio. The company manages the municipalities' obligations related to waste management, which is the waste generated in housing and the municipality's administrative and service activities. The company tenders its owner municipalities' packaging and transportation of biowaste and transportation of Kemi's mixed waste. The company's duties include the organization of waste management, planning, development, maintenance of eco-stations and information and education work.
This advance notification concerns the future contract tendering. Tendering for municipalities responsible for waste management collection of waste fractions in the area of the city of Kemi in accordance with the tender documents. The contract includes picking up, loading, transporting and delivering the waste to the receiving locations specified by the customer.
