- The acquisition produces wastewater monitoring under the Industrial Waste Water Agreement for the University of Oulu. A service procurement ensures the fulfillment of the contractual obligation as well as the fulfillment of the self -monitoring obligation when the operation generates wastewater from residential waste water. More detailed information in Annex 1Service Description.Oulu University of Applied Sciences is involved in this procurement as an option and may, if necessary, enter into their own contract from a service provider selected for wastewater monitoring. The service is expected to enter into force on 1.6.2025 acquisition estimated value for 4 years including options (OAMKJoining) is € 100,000 - € 160,000
