Descripty: The North Karelia procurement is requested to provide an offer for the supply and maintenance of the customer information system to the Joensuu Water Company, the Liper Water Supply, the Kontiolahti Water Supply Institute, the Outokumpu City Water and Sewerage and the Polvijärvi Water Supply Plant in accordance with 20.6.2022-31.5.5.5.5.5.
The customer information system manages customer management, customer service, customer contracts, measurement, meter reading, water and wastewater billing, and labor invoicing. For Joensuu Water, the system also manages the sales receivable. In addition, the involved parties have different processes for invoice processing.
The system must be user -friendly and customer -friendly and enable electronic services and their development as far as possible for the future.
