Description:
The procurement concerns one (1) water quality measuring station to be acquired as a total service, including during the contract period (1.1.2026 - 31.12.2027) the following: - Rentable sensors/transmitter necessary for the operation of the measuring station and other accessories necessary for the operation of the measuring station (weatherproof housing, external antenna, power supply, etc.).- Installation of the measurement station ready for operation and organization of data transmission.- Quality assurance and further processing of the measurement data and delivery of the measurement results to the customer, as well as support services related to the previous ones during the contract period.- Maintenance and service required by the equipment maintenance during the contract period.- Dismantling and removal of the measuring station after the end of the contract. The installed measuring station must enable year-round monitoring of the effects of acidic sulfate soils on the following measurable quantities in the Voeyrinjoki, at the location specified by the customer: - Acidity (pH) - Electrical conductivity - Turbidity - Temperature A more detailed procurement description can be found in Appendix 1 of the request for tenders: Requirements for a water quality measuring station to be procured as a complete service The procurement unit is also requesting an offer for an option that would enable continuous or separately agreed intervals to be carried out in connection with the measuring station to be installed for flow measurement. The procurement unit can also suspend the procurement procedure for a justified reason. The procurement unit does not pay compensation to the suppliers participating in the procurement procedure.
