Description:
Haemeenlinnan Seudun Vesi Oy requests bids for the chemicals needed for clean water and wastewater treatment in accordance with the tender documents in Haemeenlinnan Seudun Vesi Oy's area of operation.
The competition is divided into the following parts:
1. Lime, Ca(OH)2 (wastewater treatment)
2. Ferrisulphate (Fe2(SO4)3) (wastewater treatment)
3. Lime suitable for adjusting the pH and alkalinity of wastewater (wastewater treatment)
4. Ferrous sulfate (FeSO4) (wastewater treatment)
5. Aluminum sulfate (wastewater treatment)
6. Methanol (CH3OH) (wastewater treatment)
7. Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) (waste waterpresentation)
8. Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) (pure water treatment)
9. Limestone (CaCO3) (pure water treatment)
10. Calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)2) (pure water treatment)
The competition is conducted through an open procedure and one of the best in the comparison is selected as the contract supplier for each sub-assemblythe bidder with n points. The selection criteria for the competition is the overall economic affordability, with the weight of the price in each sub-unit being 100 points. The minimum requirements set for the quality of the object of acquisition allow comparison only in terms of price. If several bidders receive shighest score, the procurement unit will draw a lottery to select the tenderer. Lottery is an accepted method in legal practice.
The contract period is limited to one (1) year and the contract includes the option to extend the contract period with one (1) year option. The option period is automatically activated at the beginning of the contract...
