• Description:
• The technical services of the city of Kotka are requesting an offer for weather protection, scaffolding, personal luggage lifts and waste shafts in accordance with the request for tender and its attachments. The contract includes installation and dismantling work, design work, transport, travel and accommodation, lifting equipment, inspections, and work management. The technical services of the city of Kotka works in the project both as a developer and as the main contractor responsible for site management duties. The scaffolding contractor works as a subcontractor. PROCUREMENT OBJECTS 1. weather protection, racks, luggage elevators and waste chutes for the renewal of the water roof - In addition to weather protection and racks during work, the contract includes 2 personal luggage elevators and 2 waste chutes attached to the racks - The minimum rental period that can be invoiced is 160 days. The rental period begins on the day when the scaffolding, weather protection, elevators and waste shafts are in acceptable working order and ends when the demolition permit is issued - The selected scaffolding contractor prepares plans for the implementation of the scaffolding and shelter solution for the customer for approval. - Tentative installation of scaffolding and protective canopy in July 2026, demolition in spring-winter 2027. More precise dates will be agreed with the foreman in charge of the site. 2. Scaffolding for the construction of the roof of the new entrance canopy in the courtyard - Inner courtyard scaffolding will be built in the spring of 2027 (however, not immediately after dismantling the high part of the scaffolding / protective canopy). - The minimum rental period to be billed is 30 days.
