Description:
Haruspuisto, complete contract
The construction work includes the construction of the Haruspuisto project in accordance with the tender documents, with all works and purchases fully completed. The construction is related to the complete renovation of the entire Haruspuisto operating areas. In addition to functional areas, the work also includes the renovation of sober and natural areas. Haruspuisto is an urban renewal target in the Meri-Rastila area. The theme of the park is Baltic Sea underwater nature. The goal is that the theme is reflected in the environment, furniture and equipment, as well as in their site-specific design and materials adapted to the location. Haruspuisto will be built into a very high-quality park complex that will serve the residents of the surrounding area as well as visitors from elsewhere in a variety of recreational and educational uses. The developer is the Public areas service of the city of Helsinki's urban environment department, which also acts as a subscriber in accordance with YSE 98. The works in accordance with the contract documents must be ready and received, and the inspections required by the authorities and inspection institutions must be approved by September 30, 2028.
