Description:
The acquisition is the Western Metro Lighting Position 1. According to a modular, aluminum-frame LED luminaire in three different length options. Procurement is applied for procurement and access agreements for water and energy service, traffic and postal services(29.12.2016/1398, hereinafter referred to as Section 43 (2) (2) (2) of the Specialty Area Procurement Act, the contracting entity may choose a direct procurement if only a certain supplier can carry out the procurement. The additional condition is,that there are no sensible alternative or replacement solutions and the lack of competition is not due to the artificial narrowing of the terms and conditions of the procurement. The Capital Metropolitan Area Kaupunenne Oy has published a market survey with only one candidate, Purso Oy. Purso has provided the originalThe luminaires, as well as their installation rail, to all western subway stations. Due to the patented installation rail, no similar luminaires can be found on the market. Replacing the installation rail would require major structural changes in the public spaces. The acquisition agreement will only be signed when there is a procurementPublished a voluntary direct procurement notification that has not been appealed to the announcement within the 14 days following the publication.
