Description:
The acquisition includes the construction of the wetland for Joutsensuo and Matkasuo, located in Yli-I, Oulu. Part of the offers are allowed, the offer can be submitted to another or on both destinations. This is a total contract and the contract is in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the construction contract YSE 1998 (RT 16-10660). In addition to the site management obligations, the contract includes the construction of all areas and their materials, in accordance with the tender documents, fully completed. The selected contractor acts as the main contractor and the main contractor within the meaning of the legislation. The contractor is affected by Section 1 -4 Obligations referred to in the invitation to tender or in the material any other. The attached action plans (1 Oulu Joutsensuo and 2 Oulu Matkasuo) act as the frame of the contracts, so the changes are possible. Change and additional work is followed unit prices.
