Description:
The Tervola Municipal Technical Department asks for your tender for the winter maintenance of the courtyards of the municipal properties, the formula roads and plowing private roads for the maintenance period 10/2025-5/2027. The agreement will also include a three -year option period, which will continue 5/2030 until. The use of the option will be decided by contractor in March 2027 and the introduction of the option requires approval of both parties. The plowing season will begin in October and will end by May at the latest.
The content of the offer is divided into seven sub-regions as follows:
- 1: Private roads in area 1 (Ylipaakkola, Paakkola, Kaisajoki, Kuusikko)
-sub-area 2: Private roads in area 2 (Vreejoki, Katkavaara) and the yard of municipal property (Varejoki School, Camp-Katka) in the area
- sub-area 3: private roads in the area 3 (Loue, deer, birch) and in the area Located municipal property courtyards (Koivu School, Louen School, Lapin Savi)
- sub-area 4: private roads in area 4 (Vahajoki, Suolijoki, Suukoski)
-sub-area 5: private roads in area 5 (Pahtaoja, Running, Mattinen, Kivioja) and in the area of the Mattinen School property in the area
- Subdivision 6: town planning and the Light traffic lanes and private roads in the area
-sub-area 7: Municipal ownership of the property courtyards in the municipal center area
